Terms of Service Flas Studios
READ CAREFULLY THE T.O.S FOR THE BEST SERVICE FOR YOU
1° - Search and sending archives:- Clips archives must be sent by the client, in case of the editor searching clips and listening to them on stream vods, there will be a fee of $5,00 per hour watched of the vod stream.- If needed to have some specific images such as Model PNG’s, illustrations, favorite font, etc. Please attach them into the clips archives so I can use them as you like during the editing.
2° - Urgency Fee:- If the video must be delivered with urgency, there will be a fee that costs $20,00 (for short term videos) or $30,00 (for long term videos).
3° - Payment:- The editing will only start after the payment is done via Paypal. In case of refund, if the video is already significantly half done, there will only be refunded 50% of the total payment.
4° - Changes during the work:- Changes will be done during the editing time, if the video has been already delivered, the changes will have an extra fee.
5° - Video production:- During the production of the videos, the client will receive a crude edited format of the video, so that can be approved if done right, then the editing will continue after the approval.
6° - Complexity Fee:- Depending on the complexity of the video and its structure, if it differs from the standard production, an additional fee will be charged, which will be analyzed and passed on to the client along with the standard fee, thus ensuring a fair price for the hours invested by the editor in the video.
